Washington, DC
On behalf of Sydell Group
As VP of Development for Sydell Group, Phil Hospod, oversaw a team of dedicated development professionals through the design, development, construction, and opening of the Line Hotel. Housed in a 110 year old Neoclassical church in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC, The Line DC offers three restaurants: A Rake’s Progress, Brothers and Sisters, and Spoken English along with a coffee shop and a full service radio station.
This community effort represents the best of what Sydell and Phil aspire to – creating rich physical environments through the combination of capital, vision, design and operational talent.
